Case Studies
Real systems.Real outcomes.
Four builds. Clients are described by type rather than named, because we haven't asked their permission to name them. Each one is labelled as client work or an in-house build, so you can weigh it accordingly.
Logistics • Freight Dispatch
Client EngagementRegional Logistics Operator
44 people ran dispatch on a spreadsheet. In 8 weeks, they didn't.
The problem
Every load, ETA, driver assignment and pickup confirmation was logged by hand in Google Sheets across a 44-person operation. It was out of date the moment it was written, there was no single source of truth, and finding out where anything was meant picking up the phone.
What we built
A responsive dispatch app that automates most of the data capture, gives office staff and drivers one shared live view of every load, and embeds an LLM inside the system — so instead of scrolling rows, staff just ask where a load is and what its ETA is, in plain English.

Sales Operations • Internal Tooling
In-House BuildThe system we run Superior on
One platform for call logs, meetings, leads and campaign analytics.
The problem
Our own operations were spread across tools that didn't talk to each other. Call logs in one place, meetings in another, lead status somewhere else, and campaign performance nowhere in particular.
What we built
A single internal platform covering call logging, meeting organisation, lead tracking and campaign analytics. We didn't buy a CRM — we built the system we actually needed, and it replaced Asana as the place our work lives.

Small Business • Inbound Calls
Client EngagementVoice agents for small business phone lines
Phones answered around the clock, without adding headcount.
The problem
Small teams lose work to the phone. Calls come in while everyone is on a job, out of hours, or already on another line — and a caller who reaches voicemail usually rings the next business on the list instead.
What we built
Voice agents that answer inbound calls, capture caller details, handle routine questions, and escalate to a human when one is genuinely needed. They run outside office hours, and they never put anyone in a queue.

Marketing • Content Automation
In-House · Now Client-DeployedEnd-to-end LinkedIn and blog engine
It can post every day. We told it not to.
The problem
Consultancies and professional services firms all know they should be posting consistently. Almost none of them do — it's the first thing dropped when client work gets busy.
What we built
An agent that runs LinkedIn end to end — posting, interacting, sharing — alongside automated long-form blog writing. Built for our own marketing first, now running for clients. It's capable of posting daily; we cap it at every two days, because that's the cadence LinkedIn's algorithm actually rewards.

How we report results
Everything above is defensible.
Plenty of agency case studies open with a percentage nobody measured and a logo nobody granted. It reads well right up until a prospect asks a specific question.
We'd rather say 44 people and eight weeks to deploy — things that are checkable and true — than round something up into a figure we'd have to defend on a call.
If a number appears on this site, it happened. Where we don't have a measurement, we state a fact instead.
